A 90-day Social Media Content Creation & Creative Design Training Programme under Sikkim’s RAMP scheme is set to conclude with final evaluation dates later this
A 90-day Social Media Content Creation & Creative Design Training Programme in Gangtok is nearing its end under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme of the Department of Commerce & Industries, Government of Sikkim. The training is being delivered through Redendron Media.
The programme, which began earlier this year, targeted aspiring entrepreneurs, creative professionals, students, and MSMEs. It aimed to build practical skills connected to social media content, branding, and digital marketing, along with related creative work such as graphic design and brand identity.

Practical curriculum and portfolio-focused learning
Participants received hands-on training in multiple areas, including visual storytelling, content strategy, and copywriting. The curriculum also covered website design, business development, and lead generation, alongside business systems and creative entrepreneurship. A key part of the approach was producing work that could be shown later, including real-world branding assets, social media campaign outputs, website prototypes, and professional portfolios.
The organisers said the training encouraged learners to apply the skills in a way that supports both employment and future business plans. As part of the programme, participants also worked toward planning steps such as formalising their entrepreneurial efforts through MSME registration and business planning exercises.
Timeline for assessment and programme wrap-up
The programme is scheduled to be formally concluded on 30 May 2026. A final assessment and evaluation is scheduled for 23 June 2026. The organisers indicated that the evaluation will be used to measure outcomes from the training and the portfolio work produced during the course.
Redendron Media said it is grateful to the Department of Commerce & Industries for support in facilitating skill development for emerging talent in the state’s creative and entrepreneurial ecosystem. It also requested media coverage of participant achievements and the impact of the initiative, including interviews, photographs, and programme outcomes.
